Yellow curry in Thai is pronounced Gaeng Ga-ree, it is medium spiced and usually served richer and creamier than other Thai curries.
The Yellow Curry Paste that comes in the ThaiKit is very versatile and goes well with a large variety of vegetables, meats and especially seafood. A wonderful Thai style seafood dish can be made by simply pouring a Yellow Curry Sauce (simmered paste+Coconut cream) over some lobster or crab.

Our standard kit comes without Rice and uses powdered Coconut Cream, this significantly cuts down on the price of postage. Surprisingly using the powdered Coconut Cream doesn't diminish the quality of the curry very much at all. However, If you would like us to substitute a Carton of Thai ChaoKoh Coconut Cream and/or include Thai Jasmine Rice, please tick the boxes below.
